  • Abstract  In the process of evolution of the business model was born the concept of customer co-design, with its emphasis on customer involvement in product design process, through participation in the process to achieve the interaction between customers and enterprises. For enterprises, companies and websites can be regarded as intermediary between the customer, the name currently on the market there are some products available for customers to design their own web site there, but this type of site is large numbers in abroad, the other hand, the burgeoning domestic stage. Therefore, in order to help domestic enterprises to more successful development of customer co-design site.
     In this study, the concept of heuristic evaluation by re-construct a framework for the assessment criteria, and use analytic hierarchy process software to identify each level of hierarchy under the weight of each criteria, this study found that the assessment framework in which to "content" and "ease of use" the highest weight, that designers need more attention in this part. Hoped that the results of this study generated assessment criteria can give companies in the development of customer co-design the site has a reference.
